Simple Pony Twist

Yup, the last day of the work week and I'm keeping it simple!  Lightly back comb the crown of your hair, leave out a fringe in the front if you want.  Make a low Pony Tail at the base of your neck, separate in the middle and flip your Pony under and pull through over.  Bang.  Done.  And it almost looks like you cared today!
